Innovative Impacts Workforce Development

The Job Is Only
the Beginning.

Get hired. Get there. Build a life.
We help young people develop the habits, transportation plans, financial skills, experience, and relationships needed to move from a first opportunity toward lasting independence.

One Pipeline. Three Barriers Removed.

A résumé may help someone reach an interview. A reliable path forward requires much more. Our programs connect employment preparation with transportation and the everyday skills of independent adulthood.

Get a Job

Understand what supervisors actually notice: dependability, communication, initiative, character, preparation, and follow-through. Participants practice applications, interviews, workplace expectations, and relationship-building.

Get a Ride

A job only works when a young person can get there reliably. We address driver preparation, transportation planning, car buying, loans, insurance, maintenance, and access to second- and third-shift opportunities.

Get a Life

A paycheck becomes progress when young adults can budget, bank, cook, understand taxes, choose housing, and set up a first home. We turn intimidating adult responsibilities into practical next steps.

Choose Your Next Step

Different young people need different doors into the workforce. We are building several.

Get a Job

A cohort-based introduction to workplace character, employer expectations, applications, interviews, career networks, and becoming the employee a workplace wants to retain.

Keystone Interns

Young people are hired and paid by participating companies to job shadow throughout the summer while attending weekly classes on money, saving, investing, transportation, and professional relationships.

Deer Creek Hospitality Academy

An emerging hands-on pathway for ages 17 and older to explore customer service, food service, operations, teamwork, and the many moving parts of the hospitality business.

Built from the boss’s side of the desk

More than 20 years of supervising became a different kind of curriculum.

For more than two decades, Mark Arganbright has supervised employees, trained new workers, hired young people, coached first-time employees, and learned what makes someone valuable long after the interview ends.

Innovative Impacts teaches more than how to complete an application. We help young people understand what supervisors notice, practice the habits workplaces reward, and build the practical systems that make dependable employment possible.

Young people need opportunity. Employers need dependable people.

Innovative Impacts brings both sides together through training, paid experience, job shadows, mentoring, and employer relationships. Businesses can host a young person, speak to a class, provide workplace tours, offer mock interviews, or help build the next training pathway.
